Lasting enjoyment
I bought this set for my 89 yr. old mother who reads the Bible every day. Now she can listen if her eyes are tired or if she wants to hear the Word before she sleeps.

Holy Bible
The emotion of the reader is very good….excellent content and follows right along with the KJV of the Bible. Would recommend it to others.

Somewhat Disappointing
Before I critique this CD set, let me emphasize, first, that I would rather listen to James Earl Jones read the Bible than Alexander Scourby on other audio Bible products.

This is an excellent production of the reading of the King James version of the Holy Bible. It is truly an inspirational CD and excellent study guide to the Holy Bible!

Only slightly mis-leading….
Only the New Testament is read by Darth Vader. I was under the impression that he’d do the whole thing, but that would’ve been more expensive, I suppose.

Best Audio Bible on wants to listen too!
I love the narration by both the men, they say the names of all the people in the bible so clearly. It is very interesting to listen to, and I am glad I bought it.

Holy Bible (KJV) and CD
Holy Bible on CD – the set came in perfect condition and was all that we expected. It took a lot longer to receive than other purchases I have made on Amazon.
